Feeling Sad During the Holidays

Being sad or depressed during the holidays somehow feels “wrong” to many people, which means they’re less likely to seek any help or support. Honestly, it’s a lot more common than you may think, and there are a lot of people willing to listen and help you deal with your feelings!
