I was just looking at this photo again (I think it’s really cute, so I made it my Facebook profile photo), and I noticed something interesting: You can totally see which rib is out of place… again. My rib was actually slightly more pronounced originally, but it was more like a small ball shoved under my skin. I guess it’s nice to see that the entire rib is working together? Ugh, I need to be more vigilant about my rib “exercises.”
And yes, it does hurt when it’s out of place like this, but the pain is mostly on my spine and in my arm. I only feel the pain in my chest (at sternum) when I lift heavy objects and when I pull my arm across my chest.
